Established manufacturing company seeks additional team player to join its UK headquarters. Supporting Technical staff and Directors of this renowned company, you will be proficient on Word, Excel and have at least 4 years recent business administration experience.
Duties will include: raising purchase orders, liasing with suppliers via email, preparing quotations, placing sales orders and checking delivery notes.
Suit confident and diligent individual able to thrive in a demanding role. Able to offer excellent standards of customer service therefore a good listener and able to take ownership and follow through tasks to completion within a structured time frame. |

Legal Secretaries
Please note that we are always looking for excellent legal secretaries with previous legal experience within any sector. Vacancies based Southampton and the New Forest area.
All legal positions require a large amount of audio word processing and amending long documents as the various deals develop. The ability to work well under pressure is essential. We always need people who can combine excellent word processing with good organisational and client handling skills. These are not always 9 to 5 roles.
